Do you draw all animals?
Yes! We create portraits for unique pets around the world. From cute bunnies to pet birds. Odds are, if it’s an animal, we will create a portrait for you.
Do you send proofs or previews before printing my portrait?
In an effort to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, we do not offer artwork previews or proofs. But don’t worry, our product is 1000% love and happiness guaranteed. If you're really unhappy, we offer returns & refunds with terms and conditions. Be sure to check out our return policy.
Can I have more than one pet in a portrait?
Yes! Check out our two-pet portraits and three-pet portraits. If you would like more than 3 pets in a single portrait, please reach out to our support team at support@peexela.com.
Do you create pet memorials?
Peexela is honored to create portraits in honor of passed pets. We work with customers to find the perfect photo. Contact us at support@peexela.com for more details.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Yes! Changes can be made within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that, changes (including address updates) may not be possible and could result in shipping delays.
Can I receive the portrait without a name?
Yes! If you prefer the portrait without your pet’s name, please write “NO NAME” in the name box.
What makes a good photo?
- Taken in a well-lit area, preferably natural lighting.
- Close-up and head-on, showing the ears, head, neck, and chest.
- Avoid overhead or blurry photos.
What are the dimensions of your posters and frames?
Poster Size - 8 x 10 inch : Estimated Frame Size - 9.65 x 11.6 inch
Poster Size - 12 x 16 inch : Estimated Frame Size - 13.60 x 17.55 inch
Poster Size - 18 x 24 inch : Estimated Frame Size - 19.56 x 25.60 inch
What are your posters and frames made of?
Our portraits are printed on museum-grade fine art matte paper. We use shatter-resistant plexiglass and high-quality Malaysian wood with a black matte finish for the frames.
What is Digital Download?
We offer high-quality digital files in JPEG and PNG formats as an add-on to any physical product. Please refer to our after-sale email for redemption details. Digital downloads are not available as standalone products.
